Hello Walrus fans!

The Walrus will play 8-10 pm next Saturday, March 31 at the Underground (formerly the Nightlight) on Chestnut St. near State St. This will be our first night club gig with our new lead guitarist Sean Meyer, and we are psyched! Doors open at 7, and the cover charge is only $5.

In the next week or so preceding the Underground show you will have some other opportunities to see Walrus members play. We will play a few songs at the live taping of the Chuckanut Radio Hour on Tuesday, March 27. Taping starts at 7 pm at the Leopold Ballroom, so you must be seated by 6:45. Tickets are available at Village Books. This Saturday, March 24, the Holmes-Shea Band will play at the Edison 8:30-midnight, and Chuck will play 7-10 pm at the Fireside Martini & Wine Bar on Bakerview. Chuck and (former Walrus) Joe continue to play Fridays 9-11 pm at Nicki's Bella Marina on Fridays, and next Friday, March 30, you can catch Sean & Walt in Scary Monster & the Super Creeps (Sean's David Bowie tribute band) at the Shakedown at 10 pm.
